Use your Visa or Mastercard to place your order anytime through our secure online server. 1-800-Shaved-Ice.com uses secure servers that utilize encryption technology, so you will never have to fear about using your credit card. All information transmitted is only seen by us and used only to process your order.
Phone
Simply call us directly at 1-800-Shaved-Ice (1-800-742-8334) to speak directly with one of our customer care reps. We can take your order directly over the phone or answer any questions that you may have. Generally we are available, Monday thru Friday from 9am to 5pm EST, excluding holidays. Fax
Using a fax to place an order is also easy. Just print our our Fax/Mail Order Form (PDF Format 69 KB), fill out the necessary information and fax the form anytime to (770)-234-6333.
US Mail
If you would like to pay by check, money order, or credit card, you may also order by US Mail. Simply print our Fax/Mail Order Form (PDF Format 69 KB), fill out the required information and mail to:

Checks and money orders must be in U.S. dollars and drawn on a US bank. Checks must also have a valid nine-digit bank routing number (ABA code), located on the bottom of the check.
