Many customers will request that two or more flavors be served on their shaved ice. We call these mixers. A great money maker, mixers can easily get you an additional 25 to 50 cent for each cup of shaved ice or snow cone sold. We charged an additional 25 cent for each flavor added. If three flavors were used, we added 50 cent. Some businesses do not charge extra for mixers at all. Mixers will be very popular at your business.
