Every machine we sell includes a manufacturer’s warranty; however, the warranty differs between manufacturers. When reviewing our machines, you’ll notice warranty information under the Specs section on each item.

Depending upon the manufacturer and the machine, the warranty may range from 1 year to 5 years from the purchase date. Each manufacturer differs on warranty coverage. Parts and service warranty claims may be handled a little differently. It’s important to know that even though a machine includes a warranty, the manufacturer determines if a claim is covered under the warranty or not. Feel free to give us a call if there are any issues with your machine. First, we may identify the problem and offer an easy resolution. If we are unable to help, we can refer you to the manufacturer to submit a claim.

With this in mind, we rarely have any warranty issues with the machines we sell. As with any typical equipment purchase, you will be responsible for handling the arrangements with the manufacturer regarding the claim. I always suggest keeping the original box and packing material because it may be hard to find a box large enough for your machine.

Each shaved ice or snow cone machine includes operating instructions and blade replacement procedures. Be sure to follow the manufacturer recommendations in regards to cleaning, maintaining, and operating the machine.

Always handle the machine with the utmost care and ensure the machine is secure when transporting and. Warranties often do not include accidents. Make certain the operator of the machine is knowledgeable about the operation to keep it running effectively and efficiently.

Not only do we stand by our shaved ice and snow cone machines, but the manufacturer’s do as well. We offer an extended warranty on each machine which doubles the warranty from the manufacturer. If a machine includes a 1-year warranty, the extended warranty would lengthen it to 2 years.
